This new line of mobile phone accessories will launch in the United States and Europe in Spring 2004.

SmartSkins are interactive wireless phone accessories that allow consumers to personalize their phones from the inside out. This cool new product enables consumers to change their wireless phones to match their mood and style by snapping on a new skin. SmartSkins and the compatible phone, "Identity," have unique features sure to attract consumers, including:

- Music ringtones, video clips, pictures and screens styles to match the theme of the skin
- Online features including photo blogs, voting, polling, SmartAlerts(tm) and SmartChat(tm)
- Unique Keys Up(tm) design for easier text messaging
- Built in stereo FM radio with screen music visualizers and keypad music light shows

SmartSkins are most known for their data applications, which are designed to make content on the phone more fun and easier to access. The data applications provide a simple and intuitive way to access, download and share thematic content. Once in place, the software that resides on the SmartSkin changes all of the phone's screens with a new design related to the theme of the accessory. Consumers can change the SmartSkin on the phone and the thematic content is saved to the SmartSkin Locker(tm) for access anytime with just one click.

SmartSkin data applications let consumers connect with content they like and makes accessing content simple. SmartSkin accessories and the unique technology behind them will be exhibited during 3GSM World at the Intell booth located in hall 4, booth K24.
